Itinerary

• Pick up

01:30 PM: Our guide will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to start to explore the countryside and Khmer village in Vinhlong province by scooter.  

• Find out about the local market & plant nursery

02:00 PM: After taking a ferry across the Hau River, we arrive at the local market and see how the locals sell and buy the ingredients for cooking. Stop at the house with a thousand of small baby plants they made it already for the farmers or the locals come to buy and grow in their farm.

• A Caodai Temple “Dai Dao Tam Ky Pho Do”

02:30 PM: Visit a colorful and typical temple, Cao Dai means “High Platform”, a supreme deity derived from the Taoist tradition. The formal name is Dai Dao Tam Ky Pho Do: “Great Way of the Third Amnesty of God”.

• An over 350 years Khmer Pagoda – Phu Ly Khmer Pagoda

03:00 PM: Visit a Khmer Pagoda that is over 350 years old, and also the place has only one Shakyamuni Buddha in the Pagoda. This pagoda has a unique beauty of Indian, Thai, and Cambodian architecture with a lot of paintings on the walls and ceilings about the storied life of Buddha from birth to enlightenment and Khmer fairy tails inside the main sanctuary of the Pagoda.

• Discover the beauty of the village

03:45 PM: Ride through the small road in the middle of the rice fields, tropical fruit farms, and duck farms (depending on the rice harvesting). Feeling the breeze of green trees like in the jungle.

• Can Tho Bridge and watch the sunset

05:00 PM: Go back to Can Tho city, passing on Can Tho Bridge and watching the sunset in the evenings.

• Back to the hotel

05:30 PM: Back to Can Tho City. End the tour. (Please tell us the meeting point to pick up and drop off if your hotel is far from Can Tho city center).

Note: I will book a bus ticket for you to back to Sài Gòn after finishing the tour. Or wherever you want to go, we will support booking a private car or public bus for you.
